Ms. Derrington is a Director with the firm and is head of the firm's Appellate Section. She is a former briefing attorney with the Texas Supreme Court and served for both Justices William Kilgarlin and Nathan Hecht. Ms. Derrington has handled over one hundred appeals in both state and federal appellate courts involving all aspects of insurance defense, from personal injury, products liability, and contract disputes to insurance coverage and workers' compensation.
