Commercial Litigation

Appellate

Two board certified attorneys form the appellate section of the firm. One is a former Briefing Attorney for the Supreme Court of Texas, and the other is a former Staff Briefing Attorney for one of the Courts of Appeals. Together, they have been involved in over 500 appeals in state and federal court.

Premises Liability and Security Cases
